How do I return an item?


  1. Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item.

  1. The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.

  1. If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that and will be deducted from your refund.

  1. You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.

  1. If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.


Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy above.
